Halloween is on Tuesday, October 31, 2017. While traditional trick-or-treating always occurs on Halloween day in the City of Reno, there are some other Halloween events happening in the City that are family-friendly leading up to Halloween day.
Halloween Hallow on the Riverwalk
When: Saturday, October 28 from 5-7 p.m.
Tricks, Treats & Treasures Designed to Scare up Fun in Downtown Reno’s Riverwalk District.
Halloween fun is kicked up a notch with free family entertainment and free trick-or-treating for children during the Halloween Weekend.
Guys, ghouls and ghosts will scare up some wicked fun in downtown Reno’s Riverwalk District on Saturday, October 28 from 5 to 7 p.m. during the 9th annual Riverwalk Merchants Halloween Hollow event.
Not only will costumed candy seeking youngsters get a “treasure map” where they’ll find sweet treats at participating Riverwalk District merchant shops, but they’ll probably run into guys and ghouls in spooky costumes along the way. Live music and entertainment located in the city of Reno plaza offered in partnership with The City of Reno.

Trunk or Treat at Traner Middle School
